SELLER FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY HOLD THE BUYER HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM, PENALTY, FINE, FREE COST, ATTORNEY'S FEES, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS POLICY. SELLER FURTHERMORE AGREES THAT A WEIGHT DEDUCTION WILL BE MADE FOR OFF GRADE MATERIAL.

Vehicles and Trailers Without Proper Title

We will not accept any vehicle or trailer without a title in the name of the seller. The vehicle may also be rejected if the liquids have not been drained or the gas tank has not been removed. Remaining tires, seats, and plastic lining are subject to a deduction. This rule applies to vehicles intact and those already taken apart.
